Data collected

We collect only the data needed for the service: email, name, event details, purchase details. Payment data is handled directly by Stripe and never transits our servers.

Purposes

• Providing the ticketing service
• Sending tickets and confirmations
• Customer support and billing
• Aggregated, anonymous statistics

Data sharing

Attendee data is shared only with the organizer of the purchased event. No data is sold to third parties.

Retention

Data is kept for the lifetime of the account, then archived for 3 years to meet legal obligations, then permanently deleted.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. To exercise them, write to privacy@swipevent.app.

Subprocessors

Stripe (payment), Supabase (database, EU), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email). All are GDPR-compliant.
